Areas of Expertise: Cruises
Destination Expertise: Alaska, Fishing Trips, Cruises
Lifestyle Expertise: I absolutely love fly fishing! One of the best places in the world to fly fish is Alaska. There's nothing quite like catching all five species of Pacific Salmon with a fly rod. Landing a 35 pound King Salmon with an 8 weight fly rod can sometimes take up to an hour, but catching one of these giants in a remote river of Alaska is a thrill of a lifetime. And the rainbow trout fishing goes without saying! I have had a chance to fish in Alaska over 25 times and I never get tired of seeing beautiful scenery, unbelievable wildlife, and lots of fish. The best way to fish and experience the "Real Alaska" is by float plane. There is nothing like being dropped off by float plane on a remote lake, floating and fishing 100 miles of river, and then being picked up by float plane again to be taken back to civilization. No crowds, just lots of fish and a few bears. I also enjoy fly fishing in New Zealand and other parts of the world. Call me and I can tell you the best places to fish in Alaska and the best times to go for the species of fish you're interested in catching.

Biography: I grew up in a family that had the opportunity to travel quite often. My father worked in the airline industry so we were able to take family trips every year to Hawaii, Mexico, or other great destinations. When I was 16 my father and I had the opportunity to travel to Kenya, Africa on a wildlife safari. I was so amazed to see all of the different animals in their natural setting and surroundings. I think at this point in my life I was hooked on travel! I started working at Beehive Travel in 1988 delivering airline tickets while attending college. After graduating from BYU with a B.S. in marketing, I decided to stay in the travel Industry with Morris Murdock. I have been blessed to be able to travel to so many different areas of the world and to experience different cultures, different life styles, and remarkable scenery.

I don't sell widgets, I don't sell vacuum cleaners, I sell travel! And, all of the lasting memories that come along with travel. (No offense to widget and vacuum sales people).
